Yes, the process is confidential. However, in some cases, we might be required by law to share certain information with government agencies or law enforcement, especially if there’s an immediate threat to someone.

No, you don’t have to identify yourself. We respect your choice for anonymous reporting. However, if you choose to share your identity, it can help us investigate your concern more thoroughly. If you do share your identity, we’ll keep it confidential and only share it as necessary for the investigation.

You can report your concerns through several channels. You can use our web-based platform (web form or phone) or any of the alternative reporting channels listed below. The telephone and web portal are independent external services available 24/7 in both Spanish and English. While you can report anonymously, please note that anonymity might limit our ability to fully investigate your claim.

Internal reporting options include contacting:

  • Any manager
  • Any member of the P&O, Ethics, Risk & Compliance,
  • Global Security, or
  • Legal Function teams
  • General Manager Country
  • Other functions as required by local country standards or regulations

Note: The Speak Up mechanism isn’t for resolving everyday workplace disagreements, like job performance or pay disputes (unless it falls below a living wage in your area).
